"Today was a really good day." 

So said Jacob after a Christmas Eve church service where Christmas carols were sung by candle light, after coming home from church and opening stockings filled with candy and small toys, after watching the original The Grinch Who Stole Christmas while eating chips and chili-cheese dip, after going to bed and waking up the next morning remembering his stocking and opening it all up again, followed by a breakfast of Belgian waffles and Coca Cola, then opening presents, playing with his new dinosaurs and whales, eating a Christmas dinner of prime rib, potatoes and broccoli with special cheese, going outside to play in the snow with dad, and coming back inside to warm up with a mug of hot chocolate. 

He's right. It was a really good day.
